					<description><![CDATA[I just listened to &lt;b&gt;episode #42 of the Voices.com podcast VOX Talk&lt;/b&gt;. In one segment, Darbi Worley talks about improvising on a script during her auditions. She made the point that she said &lt;b&gt;ALL&lt;/b&gt; of the words as written, but then she also &lt;font&gt;&lt;b&gt;ADDS&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; something of her own to the script. She noted that she has been successful in booking work due to her additions. You will want to listen to and consider her advice on this topic!
