As you might imagine, I spend a LOT of my time doing things related to audiobook narration, either recording books in my studio or creating content on the computer for this site, my NarratorsRoadmap.com site, social media posts, etc.

I revel in several hobbies away from work, with a major one being my harp.

After playing a number of instruments in my younger years, the harp called to me in 1995. I started with a lever harp and owned several before moving up to a Camac Clio pedal harp in 2000. However, I sold that harp in 2016 because I wasn’t playing it much.

I decided I love the harp too much to not have one in my life. In July 2022, I bought a Lyon & Healy Chicago Concertino pedal harp. In December 2023, my dream harp became mine — the Lyon & Healy Style 11 shown on this page! It has irises on the column and soundboard and is SOOO me!

Since I only play for my enjoyment, regularly making a little video to post here gives me a goal for practice.
